This isn't a fair trade. Toronto is giving up the better side. And that is what they have to do to make a deal that works for their cap. You can't get all the things you need and have a team work with your cap space and expect top dollar. Checking Forward, Sturdy Defense, Backup Goaltender and a 1st is a steal considering the hole they're in. CBJ is paying a first and rentals for Nylander so both sides should be pretty happy.
