Wouldn't call Buch "lesser forward" than Labanc to be fair. They're equal. This is a bad deal for NYR.

Rangers decline. Georgiev for Labanc is fair. Buch makes it lopsided and I’m no fan of Gambrell.

Labanc for Georg isnt really fair though. The rangers clearly win that deal all day.

It's more fair than this current trade though. If you want something closer though, perhaps remove Gambrell and Buchnevich, add a mid round pick from NY

But any value destabilization doesn’t justify adding Buchnevich. Young RFA forward who come cheaper than Labanc next year and this one. We could add a Yegor Rykov or a 3rd to put the value there but it’s lopsided and Gambrell isn’t really a good player imo. Don’t like what I’ve seen from himz

But ths aharks just dont need an AHL defender or a third. If Labanc moves in one of these deals we need a decent forward or forward prospect coming back, or a good pick;

This is interesting because I feel like the only way to move Labanc is in a hockey trade like this. Did you ever think of switching Buchnevich for Andersson or Kravtsov?

Kravtsov could be considered for sure, I think Buch is the most interesting for me because hes an NHL player right now which is something the sharks need next year.
