i did the anderson trade from CBJ perspective and it was received well by both sides.

Can't say much about the ANA trade. Ducks are about the only team I could see considering RyJo. Drop the 2nd maybe?

Your problem isn't those players. When a coach is fired or a finalist for the jack Adams check out the goalie performance. It probably explains the situation.

Rinne is likely done and after his career that isn't an insult. He's had an excellent career.

The team is 29th in team save percentage (https://www.hockey-reference.com/leagues/NHL_2020.html), they were 4th last year. They went from 4tg best to 3rd worse. That's the problem.
