Why would the Pens trade Bryan Rust who is on a 90+ point pace over a full season this year for almost nothing then sign a 36 year old to a contract near the same dollar value in Kovy then overpay a player like Kreider when Guentzel would be back in the lineup? Not smart moves

If the Pens trade Bryan Rust it will be for a top winger like Mitch Marner or Alexis Lafreniere + other valuable assets.

Of course not but I don’t think people outside of Pittsburgh realize how good Rust is. He is currently amongst the top wingers in hockey.
