I think that you can pick one of retention on Subban OR NJ taking Eriksson, not both.

The Canucks can’t trade their 2020 or 2021 first round until they either clinch a playoff spot or don’t make it, on of them belongs to Tampa

This might actually work, as long as you have a condition on the 1st in the event the Canucks miss the playoffs.
