If your exploiting that loop hole, go for a defense man the Leafs could actually use (Manson, Severson) stay away from anything tainted in Buffalo blue, maybe aquire Risto for the sole purpose of aquiring Manson

getting term on a caontract isnt the point of the loophole. if youre going to add youre adding rentals not full time players idealy they should go for someone like brodie or maybe green
