Hate to give up that much but that is probably the cost for dumping a salary.

Seems cheap to me TBH, I'd do this in an instant. Goldy is nothing for us, and a 3rd and a 4th probably won't be enough to convince them to take 3 years of $6M. I think it'll cost us a 1st or 2nd in the end to get rid of Eriksson.
