Seems a bit of an overpayment for both. Not out of the realm of possibility at this point. Also, Carolina would only do that if Vatanen resigns.

Pesce may be an overpay, but only because of the sheer volume of pieces being offered. 110 pennies is worth more than a dollar bill, but somehow it just doesn't seem worth making that trade.

take Kap and Kerfoot out of the Risto trade and put them into the Pesce trade and you'll be closer for both
