Sooo, were giving away Lehks and Mete for some B prospects and a 3rd? Why?
I follow prospects around the league pretty well and dont know any of the three. I did not do a quick DB search though...

Edmonton isn't interested in Lindgren or Mete anyhow. The only prospect worth anything of the three (IMO) is Russian goalie Konovalov, and Montreal doesn't need a prospect goalie. The trade makes no sense from either side, although it's a clear win for Edmonton (depending on how Konovalov turns out, of course).

Signing Kovy and having him as an extra doesn’t make sense. If we did some how add Hall and with our high pick this draft you might as well trade Tatar and get a first and a Defence prospect. Kovy can slide in on the second line.

Lehkonen is only worth about a 3rd at this point... isolated on the fourth line and underwhelming stats. He doesn't carry that much value. mete does though so i agree that he shouldn't be moved.

It's the opposite. Habs fans think he is worth 2 2nds, and people who know hockey KNOW he is worth a 3rd. And Jarnkrok has more value than a 3rd.
