Description

Malkin will never leave the burgh. He will ve a penguin till he dies. But if winnepeg wants him they gonna have to pay alot. Now while Little is a bit underrated Malkin is on another planet as far as talent goes. Malkin would mean alot of money also flies out the door. Malkin is top 25 in jersey sales this year. Little probably isnt even top 50. So a Malkin trade would require much more than Little. Morrisey is a good prospect and the pens need and good defensive prospect after määttä goes. My thinking is little, lemiuex, and morrissey equals Malkin and a 1st. Määttä is equal to dano and a 1st. If winnepeg fans dont like this deal than too bad this site is for fun and you arent making money on it. Yall can keep your consecutive playoff apperences oh wait.... whoops.... anyways you keep whatever you have going for you and the pens will keep the cup. Until the season begins then we gotta give it back and maybe repeat im not gonna say we are cuase injuries kill and you never know, but I like our chances over the Jets.

people seem to forget malkin has a no move. hes not coming to the peg and i say that as a winnipeger and fan of both the jets and pens. Morrissey and Pouliot are similar players in a similar point in their career. doesnt make sense to have both especially if both arent playing. I think STL would want more, specifically immediate forward help.not sure why there is a first going back to the jets. its lopsided in the jet favour without it. you cant value pay for top talents like you can in the video games.

I saw a similar Malkin to WPG trade and I'll say the same for this. Quantity does not equal quality, especially the year before an expansion draft. No way I'd do this if I was Rutherford

As a Winnipegger and a Jets fan I also find it unlikley Malkin would waive his no trade clause to come to Winnipeg and to that I say good! We don't want that over rated prima donna and his inflated contract here handcuffing this franchise for the next 6 years or whatever. He also has some crazy signing bonus attached to his contract for 5 million in each of the last 2 years, making his payout per year as a 35 / 36 year old at 14.5 million! The Pens still owe him 67 Million dollars!!!!! He misses 20 or so games every year aside from his first 2 or 3 and that will likely get worse as the now 30 year old continues to break down. Like a typical Russian he will get fatter and lazier. They should be so lucky if someone is willing to take on that contract! No wonder Shero was fired.
