You honestly think that Cirelli would sign that crap offer sheet to leave Tampa for the Rangers? First off no way is Sergachev worth more then Cirelli. JBB probably matches both and looks to move out Killorn and other pieces. Your cap is way too high anyways the cap either remains flat or goes down to $80 million the Rangers are in no position to do offer sheets. Besides you can only offer sheet one player on a team not two.
