I don't think MIN buys him out.
He has 2 years left really and he is still playing well.
On top of it, he almost becomes an asset in the last 3 years of that deal. Teams looking to hit cap floor look at that salary and think, wow lets trade for that.
Costing 1-2 million a year but counting 7.5 under the cap works for a lot of teams.
It doesn't really cost them any real money the final 3 years of the deal. If he can still play well 1-2 years, it's hard to see a buyout here. Especially from a small market team.

That would be solid if Parise signed for that, but I can see him getting more from another team.

I’d rather give a 2021 1st than wilde and where’s bellows? Taken by Seattle?

Even at his age Parise is capable of one more 25-30 goal season and another 20 goal year so I think he gets a bit more than that. More like 4.75-5. He’s a responsible player and has a knack for clutch goals. That said I don’t see Minny buying him out. Maybe Suter though.

Wasn’t sure where to slot him to be honest I kinda just kept him unsigned until I get a sort of suggestion from someone. I guess you could replace Parise for him

I love the three trades but for the reasons set forth by other commenters, I don't think Parise gets bought out by Minnesota. Victor Rask is their useless mouth.

That’s fair, it really could be either

Barzal wont sign at 6.75 and Sorokin should get at most 3.5. Other than that pretty good
