Henrique and a 2nd for Risto is fair. That STL trade is fine. No way to the Edmonton trade. TT for Puljujarvi is fair

Not enough for Ristolainen,
Probably need to add to the second trade.
I would much rather have TT who has a good attitude than JP who we know would rather take his marbles and go home then help the organization.

STL makes that trade to shed cap, maybe Buffalo would need to retain some of Hutton and add a player or a pick, but I could see the Blues selling low to create space for Pieterangelo.

I don’t disagree, and I’m not totally opposed to bringing in Hutton if he’s retained, but Bozak is a good 3C for any competitor and can probably be an average 2C if he has good wingers. He’s not going to score 70 points, but he’s no scrub.

Fair for whom? I don't think Edmonton would accept that offer.

Thanks for your feed back.
I agree, Buffalo would need to add, and said it twice actually when I responded to you. Once above your quote and once below.
There have been many posts by Blues fans who have Buffalo getting Bozak for Hutton with 50% retention.
Getting Allen makes this too good for Buffalo. Please give me some options that you think Buffalo would need to add to make the trade fair.

I think the best way for the Blues to move money would be to deal Allen and Bozak to different teams so they wouldn’t have to take a lot back. If we’re dealing you Bozak, we’d probably settle for a 2020 4th and a prospect. Allen we’d either ask for a good prospect or a 2021 2nd rounder.
