This trade essentially boils down to is the difference between Risto and Dumba Donata and moving down 4 spots (to spot 11) in a stacked top 10. Also what should be considered is Buffalo is trying to move a RD not swap one. I think Sabres decline

Well Dumba is a lot better than Risto, so it's bad. But whether you know that is another thing...

Dumba and the Pittsburgh 1st for Ristolainen and the Buffalo 1st is closer..,Donato can be a pot sweetener if needed.

I don't see Risto and Dumba as very far apart. Similar contract, age, etc. Dumba just got to be sheltered in MN and Risto had to play over his head his entire career.
