You're not getting Dadonov any cheaper then 4 x $6m for your price he stays in Florida.

"Our"?

Ovechkin probably retires a Cap. However, you do not replace Ovechkin, you move on after him, probably with an entirely changed gameplan.

I'm going to assume that Boyd trade is actually to anyone who'll take him for a return like that, because the Jackets have no need for additional depth wingers.

You need to do a lot more modifying:
Ovechkin plays left wing. You're not moving him back over to the right side. He's not going back to the right wing. It's pretty clear that Ovechkin plans to sign for four more years to coincide with the Backstrom deal. If Ovechkin is not staying then you're dealing him. There is no way you're going to let him walk. So, you need to trade Ovi.
Siegenthaler isn't signing for under $1M.
There is no way Holtby stays in Washington. It doesn't make financial sense. He's also not going to take a pay cut.
Kovalchuk unlikely to stay. It sounds like he wants to go back to Montreal.
Dadanov is at least $6M per.
There is no way this team is going to function all season with only $75,--- in cap space. Granted that space is freed up if you do your Ovechkin deal
