Mittlestadt is a big question mark, and so far hasn't proven he's worth his draft pick, but sure, throw him in.

Reinhardt, Middlestadt and the 2020 1st is just not enough to grab Saad, Strome and Cat. Throw in the 2021 2nd and Hawks consider stripping a big part of their top 6.

We will keep our 23 year old 2C, 22 year old cost-controlled 40 goal scorer, and top 6 winger who is one of the best two-way players in the game (and you wanted an extension in place on top of that). What you gave us in return is basically reinhart and a top 10 pick. Which is not nearly enough for what you're asking to be given up. The rest of what you have there is all stuff the hawks don't want/need. Don't need Montour or pilut. Middlestat is whatever. At this point his value isn't very high so he doesn't move the needle much in this deal
