AP gets more IMO.

Centre depth really drops off after 34 and 91.

Interesting buy very unlikely.

Interesting for Dallas. Would prefer to keep Dickinson, but value adds up. If I'm Dallas, I'd counter with a deal involving Faksa to gauge interest vs. Dickinson, even if that shifts the return.
