I don't even know anymore man

- Weird Buffalo Trade
Not great by any means but I really do think there's some framework for the Sabres and Rangers to make a non-eichel deal. Hutton goes the other way and can either be buried in the AHL or bought out. Sabres move back, dump some salary/contracts

- Smith to ottawa... or not and he and staal rotate (LOL IMAGINE)

- DeAngelo gets taken to arb
With the influx of young defensemen, and Nils Lundkvist spending another season in the SHL. I really think the Rangers take Tony to arb for a 1 year deal. Gives the Rangers the ability to deal DeAngelo next year and have Lundkvist step right in.
- UFA 3C: Jumbo, Koivu, Brian Boyle, Spezza, Soderburg

- The pick shuffle is just me messing around, if they were to beat Carolina. And it's an either or...not both

I'm sorry, but thats not even close for buffalo to move down.

a back up goalie and strome, who saw his production spike both in a contract year and with panarin. not interested in paying a 1st round pick for the right to overpay him

I could be crazy but I don't think you get a second round pick for getting rid of Smith contract

Yeah that was legitimately just a throwaway getting Smith out being too quick, not getting more than a 5th/6th

Honestly could just add Hutton straight in and have the Rangers put him in Hartford. I'd imagine he's expansion eligible?
