It's too much for Boeser, Boeser and Dumba are 1 for 1 in Value , adding another RW with no C to play with doesn't seem to add up for Minny

Obviously the whole reason to deal Boeser is to resign Tyler Toffoli and your trade here doesn't allow for it, Vancouver takes on more money not less money. So this trade makes no sense for Vancouver they don't need another expensive Dman here Benning wants to resign Toffoli.

If they do trade Boeser for futures then sign Toffoli (which I'm not against if the trade return is good), hopefully they're also shedding enough cap space to sign a Dman. They need to improve the blueline.

While I agree this deal is an overpay, there's no way the Canucks should trade Boeser for Dumba 1-for-1. They are not equal value.
