The Blackhawks will pick at 9 assuming they lose ot Edmonton but if they win it will fall to around 16 or 17. NYI pick could be around 15 if they lose out right away or 20 if they dont. To many hypotheticals to really analyze this deal

I'm saying if the Hawks pick at 9 or 10, they would only be willing to think about/accept that trade if they were moving down to 11. Otherwise, it's not even close enough of an offer for them to move back.
