Maybe it wasn't done is because the Oilers said NO. Yes that deal proposed is a lot better than the Weber deal, for the Canadians.

Crazy to think about that. Pk is an awesome puck mover but I don't think he would have solved our d issues. Plus we would give up WAY to much scoring depth. Bergevin got what he deserved by being greedy with chiarelli. After watching larsson highlights and looking at his advanced stats I think he's gonna be a steal for Hall. I was pissed at first. Super under rated and his point shot goes unnoticed be caused it isn't used enough.

I would've done any one of Hall/RNH/Eberle/Draisaitl + Puljujarvi for Subban if it was available.

Laugh at me now. Hundred bucks says Chia proves us all wrong!!!! Kinda like how he signed chara out of Ottawa. He was tracking well then exploded in Boston. Chara was good in Ottawa and dominant in Boston arguably the best D man in the league for a 6 year stretch. Chias problem isn't identifying talent it's paying it.
