I think Seattle takes one of St. Louis' Dmen, as they can only protect 3 of Pietrangelo/Parayko/Faulk/Dunn. They'll likely leave Faulk exposed and that could be a decent pick for Seattle as a RHD to build around. Maybe they'd pass on that contract though.

Nucks wouldn't give up Demko to keep Markstrom, what I think they should do is sign Markstrom to a 4 year term then trade him at the deadline then make Demko there new goaltender, honestly I feel Demko could be a starter next season if the Nucks don't resign Markstrom, If they don't end up doing anything I said and they keep both, they'll protect both Mark and Demko.
