TML still decline that Nylander trade because they are in win mode now

I was thinking 8OA and Pilut for Nylander and Miller and Thompson for Kapanen. But ig they decline regardless.

Miller for Kapanen makes more sense. No need to involve Nylander in this deal for Toronto since they’re in win-now mode and they would only trade him for a top-notch RHD.

There is aboslutley no reason for the Leafs to trade Nylander. I say it again and many times, I'd rather trade Marner

These AGMs cramming guys on LTIR just to make cap space are stupid. Okposo has an upper body injury, you can’t expect him to miss the whole season (not to mention the remaining 3 years of his deal) on LTIR. Not to mention when he DOES come off, you don’t have cap space for him.

I'm referring bigger picture. He's a concussion away from Mental escape.

The upper injury he’s dealing with was described as “below the neck and above the waist”, nothing concussion related. Therefore you can’t assume he will be a staple on the LTIR

If you've kept tabs throughout the years, he's been close af to retiring due to Concussions. He has his money. Wife, health, and Kids matter over the extra dough.

Crosby was also “one concussion away” at one point and made a full rebound. These AGMs become pointless if you are just going to proceed with wishful thinking and sticking all your cap problems on LTIR with no supporting information that they are currently suffering from a current issue which prevents them from playing.

Fair point but I emphasize that pretty closely but its not out of question either. Just as much as a chance of either happening.
