Drop MTL first and we accept but organization ( MTL and CHI ) doesn’t see Bean having top 4 potential in him so he doesn’t have great value. Drouin vs Suzuki + Carolina add a little something is better. We don’t want Bean

i don't think carolina can afford drouin's cap hit.

if the trade was drouin for niederreiter or dzingle than carolina might be more interested.

Carolina offered a 2020 1st + Bean for Petry
Montreal scouts thinks Bean doesn’t have top 4 potential

Carolina offered Bean for Lehner
Chicago scouts thinks Bean doesn’t have top 4 potental
Chicago trade Lehner to VGK for a 2nd round pick

Maybe Bean value is a little bit under a 2nd round pick, but that’s only 2 organizations who doesn’t see that much potential in Bean

I wouldn't give up Bean for the 16OA, and i wouldn't trade you Suzuki for Drouin.........

What? Bean was the best defense in the AHL this year. How does he not have top 4 potential. On the other hand I expect Romanov to be a 2nd pair guy like Petry

They did, Petry wasn’t a rental tho because he got another year on is contract, but you might overvalue Bean and CHI MTL might under value him
