Lmao wrong. You said compare Kanes and Marner stats at their ages. So I did. You cried and complained and made excuses because Kane had better stats. Then I explained how successful Kane was in the playoffs and how he is a franchise player because even at a young age, he was winning and one of the main reasons they won. You, being an idiot, brought up Lafreniere for absolutely zero reason. How is he relevant to Marner? Why not bring up Eichel's stats? Well why did you only ask to compare Kanes stats and not Crosbys? hmmmm you continue to look stupid. Again, prove how Marner is a franchise player. I did with Kane. So now, its your turn.... Its fun proving how wrong and how much of a hypocrite you are

I told you to pull up Kane's stats. In season, they are 100% comparables, proof is there. Then I gave a completely valid argument that playoff success doesn't exclude you from being a franchise player, which you still seem to dance around and not answer. So how about you quit being a coward and show me how someone like Eichel is universally considered a franchise player, and Marner isn't. Since you HAVE to be successful in the playoffs.

We are talking about franchise players, but not all are created equal obviously. If you only use the Crosby's of the world, there's probably only 2 or 3 franchise players today. which is faulty logic.

Where did I say you have to be successful in the playoffs to be a franchise player? I showed Kane's playoff stats to show how HE is a franchise player. Kane had better stats and far better success in his career. Comprehension skills arent a strong suit of yours. How about you stop being a coward and picking and choosing specific people to talk about. I brought up Crosby, Kane, Matthews, McDavid, but you only wanted to compare stats of Kane to Marner. So stop being a coward and show why marner is a franchise player. I asked you multiple times now, and you are dodging the question. I wonder why lmao. Back up what you say loser. Its a simple question

Were you dropped as a child? You're the one with comprehension problems. I literally wrote in the beginning that a young player that can produce 100 points (which Marner most certainly can) is a franchise player. Looks that's me not dodging the question! and yet you still refuse to answer mine about Eichel lol little hypocritical shi!t$ like you are a real problem. get help

lmao so a guy who has the potential to score 100 points is a franchise player? lmao that shows very low hockey knowledge tears of joy looking at the stat sheet to determine if a player is a franchise player or not tears of joy tears of joy tears of joy you are one of the most incompetent, ignorant, flat out stupid people on this site lmao. Your reasoning is "well he can maybe score 100 points in a season" fyi bud, hockey is more than just point totals. Go ask those people who are calling Eichel a franchise player since you are so fixated on him

Hi hypocrite, you're still dancing around my Eichel question, hypocrite. You're the one who started insulting me on my post, so you asked for this. I make counter points and you refuse to answer them. You're just a sad little $h!t that needs serious help.
Saying a young player that can put up 100 points is a franchise player is a completely valid argument. and you just saying no, and only adding more insults does absolutely nothing to help your case. So go suck an egg lol

Ill answer your Eichel question as soon as you show me where I called him a franchise player. Ill wait. By the way, you have made absolutely zero logical counter points lmao. "Well show me Lafreniere's playoff stats even though hes not even in the NHL" lmao really great counter point.

So you're saying Eichel isn't a franchise player?

I never told you to bring up Lafreniere playoff stats. You did that all on your own. I simply wrote Lafreniere hasn't be successful in the playoffs yet, and using you're logic that doesn't make him a franchise player

Quoting: hockeyfanatic05
Oh and by the way, Lafreniere's last playoff run, had 23 points 9 goals 14 assists in 13 games. So hes been successful in the playoffs lmao tears of joy Youre claiming a guy is a franchise player and cant make it past round 1 lol

See?

lmao what logic are you talking about? Stop being stupid. I showed why Kane is considered a franchise player because of HIS PERSONAL SUCCESS in the playoffs. Learn to comprehend sentences. Outside of marner can maybe score 100 points, you have provided absolutely nothing lmao you need a lottttt of help defending your opinion.

What do you think Johnsson's value is?

even with his injury, Johnsson is still a 40 point player, and is only 25. you have to think he gets a 2nd, maybe a little more.

i could potentially see him getting a 2nd because a large portion of his salary has been paid off but i'd be surprised if he got more. avs aren't one of those teams though

COL declines. That’s an overpay for a player who had one breakout season and got overpaid for it

Avs say no.

No need for bottom 6 forwards, especially at a $3.4m caphit. The price is also a 2nd too much.

No from Winnipeg. The Jets don't have a need for either player.

How about instead on constantly criticizing everyone else’s work you make your own teams

Where did I criticise anything? I just said we don't need either player.
