I can see Rossi in the NHL next year. He will be 19 by the time the season starts and is super solid defensively

They should but won't be surprised with Perfetti or one of the other top guys. Never know with Yzerman.

Now to put the arrow into the heart
From what I’ve seen from Tuch, and if he has a good Playoffs, I’d say no for Montour

I actually am not opposed to the wpg trade, I know mojo can’t play 2c but if he can add some secondary scoring the jets are in need of that. Niku is the odd man out in wpg and doesn’t seem like he’ll get a chance here. Jets would likely have to move perreault after this but it’s a move I think they should consider.

Tuch is 23 and has 5 years left on a deal that pays him $4.75m AAV, hes going to require a lot more than Miller or Montour. I love the idea of getting him, but we'd probably have to give up Jokijarju to do so (which I would do). Sabres need offense and some good contracts, both of which we are lacking. I wish we could slot in a veteran C to play 2C while Cozens gets acclimated, but we probably won't get that luxury
