I agree Arizona has a-lot of needs and I think one of them is not signing Taylor Hall on a terrible contract like this one here. Signing Taylor Hall at this point would be like chasing what could of been, as if they were so close to winning the SC.
Taylor Hall's big cap hit serves no purpose for the yotes other than selling jerseys and gaining popularity.

Smith looked pretty good at times last season and his style of play was what Yzerman was hoping to get out of Erne.
