Armia, Martinook, Bellemare, Gunnarsson, Rinne and Lundqvist are not getting picked since there are probably better options and those players are all UFAs anyway, so, unless Seattle thinks they can convince them to sign in Seattle, they aren’t getting picked by the Kraken.
Also, Vegas is exempt from this expansion draft, so they won’t be losing anyone. If anything, they’ll be in a position of strength next year, since they can deal with teams that are scared to lose a good player for nothing.

- 8/30 of those players are UFA's 4 days after the expansion draft
- 4/30 are UFA's this summer
- Hintz, Zacha, Jenner, Dube, Kahun, Duclair will all definitely be protected
