Both teams would still need to dump cap. And now would have less to bargain with.

Unless you're expecting STL to let Pietrangelo walk and trade Parayko. Which is ridiculous.

I think they will try to unload a goalie, but unfortunately for them all the big ticket guys that could be traded to free up some squish all have ntc or nmc. The ones that they wouldn't trade don't I guess. That Steen contract is kind of ugly and I still can't believe that Faulk got that much.

They are in cap trouble...but then again they have something to show for it unlike my stupid team.
