hes one of them but in general that blue line is bad and their goaltending has to improve.

People compare it to the leafs but no, Leafs need a RHD to pair with Rielly and they should be fine. Florida had 2 good players, the rest are stuck on NMC or NTC and are god awful away from the puck

has he been really that bad for the canucks. I know his playoffs have been iffy but i thought he was fine with Edler during the regular season.

I like Matheson, but I think the Kings would be hesitant to take on a contract with that much term when it's questionable whether or not he will take that next step or if he's reached the pinnacle of his potential. And unfortunately, if he doesn't work out, he'll have a NTC kicking in at the end of next season, which would limit the Kings trade options if they decide he's not a good fit.

Can't see the Kings going for this. Someone might be willing to gamble on him, and if it pays off they'll get an incredible steal out of it.
