although an offer sheet could be matched, Tampa would find it hard doing so with their cap situation. any team could just offer sheet cernak close to 3 million and tampa would find it hard to match

Gourde is an over paid 3rd liner. MTL will ask for a 2nd to take the contract off of Tampa
