I reckon JB will bounce back next year seeing as it’s his contract season. Also, we got Husso ready to come up if Elliot can’t take the backup spot.

Nothing fills me with confidence like a starter who needs to bounce back followed by a rookie whos had his own struggles in the AHL.

Fair enough, I just think it’s a bit premature to lose confidence in Binnington.

Well, I mean, as long as you're not going to completely slant your take... "/

It's almost as if you;re not talking about a guy one year from backstopping a Cup win and a rookie that has seemingly turned a corner already (after all, no young players have ever struggled and then improved before!).

I think we'll be just fine. We don't need any concern from Leafs fans, thanks. smile

Elliott is over the hill and unnecessary here.

Both Steen and Bozak NTC end by February 1 2021 and Tarasenko gets back sometime mid Feb. And Blues can retain a total of $3,250,000 from both contracts so like $1,500,000 from Bozak and $1,750,000 from Steen at that point a team only takes Bozak for $3,500,000 cap hit and Steen for $4,000,000 cap hit. That isn't bad for a team around Feb 15th with injuries and lack of depth heading into the playoff push.

Promote Husso, which is exactly what the Blues seem to intend to do.
