If he waives his NTC the Blues should accept. Would like to get that retained salary out of there though, and would be willing to add more to do it

Only issue is Leafs would need them to retain at most $1.75M so we have flexibility when bringing up players due to injuries

If the Blues could get out of the Faulk contract they should do it. The pieces coming back would be much easier to flip if the money is an issue. I don't like this concept for the Leafs tho.

I'd guess a prospect Dubas has his eye on could be in the mix that would maybe lessen the rounds the picks occur in.
