Yikes. Reinhart is worth more than that. A top 6 RW for a serious downgrade and a half-round pick upgrade? Sabres pass so fast.

Montreal fans will decline but that looks close to me.

Overpay for Zadorov but I'm ok with it. Fills a need.

Redo the Reinhart deal and you're onto something.

Yeah I'm not a big fan of Mittelstadt, a contender like Colorado are passed looking for reclamation projects. Mittelstadt doesn't fit a bottom 6 role so I just don't see where he'd fit either. If we could flip him for a 3rd or something that would be fine. Laaksonen doesn't look like he's going to amount to anything so rather just get a mid or late-round pick.

3rd (#48) + Mittelstadt (flipped for a 3rd or so) + 6/7th would be fine by me.

I think Mittelstadt flipped gets you more than a 3rd for sure.
Early 2nd or B+ prospect minimum return

I agree. In saying "3rd or so" I meant that it's the least I'd want back. Just get me #48 + 3rd either way and I'm happy. If we could flip Mittelstadt for a 2nd + B prospect and walk away with #48 + 2nd + B prospect that would be even better.
