I don't mind that. Whats the deal with Johns? Will he be a somewhat good top 4 guy? Good guy to pair with Muzzin? Or is he a 3rd pair guy? If he's 3rd pair we probably can't afford him at over 2 mil

He's more of a bottom-4 D but coming with some major injury problems, so we're not getting a good value out of him via trade. But if he's healthy, then he'd no doubt be a good D for the Leafs...

Sabres need a 2C so I don't think they are the right partners for Faksa. Hintz available?

I'm just skeptical -not due to value of deal- but due to the fact that if he's on our 3rd pair, we don't have 2M+ to spend on a 3rd pairing D
