Hey if Pittsburgh can unload Bjugstad gives a guy hope, but yes if necessary.

Every time a move like that is made, the amount of cap available on teams willing to take on dead cap decreases, and as a result the price goes up.
Bjugstad is a better bet to bounce back than Perreault too, so even with 50% retention you would likely still be giving up something like a 4th-6th
