Middle 6 Forward, Bottom Pairing Defenseman, a pick that is irrelevant by 2023, and a Late 2023 3rd round pick so 90s overall pick. For a Top 3 Defensive Defenseman in Parayko. No thank you. I would like Toronto fans to stop underrating Parayko or trying to sell high. It just doesn't work that way.

Okay, let's try this again: If the Leafs had Parayko, would you trade him for that pile of ****?

A 4th liner, an AHL goalie, and no first rounder for a Vezina candidate on a steal of a contract for 2 seasons? Hmmmmmm

Media states Arizona need to shed salary. Scott missed this entire season due to injury, but was a highly touted prospect beforehand.

The first is this years 15th overall, in the additional comments. I wasn’t going to do the trade and just sign somebody, but figured I’d give it one more shot. Guess I shouldn’t have.

You’d have to retain to make it work, $400k. Other than that, I’d be okay with the switch.

most toronto fans are just so set on it being a certain amount that is a lowball for Parayko.

Probably due to the media talking up how they’ll need to move someone to resign Petro, and it’s unlikely to be Faulk as they only just signed him.

So what would you consider a starting point for conversation?

I mean Parayko is the most crucial part of our defensive core, so talk starts with Marner in mine and a lot of Blues fans eyes. Because Defense is underrated in this league. I think Defensive player that are top in the league should be worth a top Forward at least. But Honestly Blues can get rid of Steen, and Bozak and they should be good to sign Pietrangelo.

Okay, Parayko is a no go for me in that case. I’d consider Nylander, long and hard, but no go on Marner.

They will not trade Keumper unless someone blows them away with an offer. They have half a roster of veteran guys who are more expendable they can trade. They’re not giving up their best player for pennies on the dollar for cap savings

Well Blues consider Parayko untouchable.
