Description
I think this solves basically everything the Leafs need to fix.

Upgraded right D. Upgraded toughness in D and Bottom 6. Upgrade Depth.

Not saying Florida does this... But they may consider it. Does Toronto consider it if the 2nd round pick is actually this years 15th overall?

If the 2nd is the 1st instead, the least I'd ask for is Dermott to be moved out of the deal. Leafs fans in general are low on Dermott but hes still a 23 year old who has shown all kinds of potential. Any sort of Dermott trade on here is a loss in the long run.

I don't think Leaf fans are "low on Dermot"....I think it's a CapFriendly fantasy. Leafs have to trade for ANY RHD in the league because they are so much better than ANY Leaf Dman apparently and Dermot is the odd man out. Dermot in the past two years has played with average to poor Dman mates. He's done OK, and just put him with a better player he just must shine.

Compare Ekblad with Miller but look at last season 2018-'19.
Krueger does not know how to coach a hockey team with fast paced players.
He wants them all to play as Larsson and Girgensons.
Trade Miller for Kerfoot and keep Nylander and Dermott.
The Leafs will upgrade the RHD and not lose out on the offense.
