I know it's subjective, but IMO better ways to spend 8.5m long term than on Hall.

Dont see much value in trading an early second for Raanta for the canes. He is probably a slight improvement when healthy, but thats not all that often. If the canes are going after a goaltender id imagine it would be to make a significant upgrade to a full time starter.
