Description

Montreal makes minor tweaks to the lineup to free more capspace for next offseason when they have several key pieces to sign to new contracts. Also able to obtain two draft picks in the 1st round at pick 10 and pick 13. Uses them to draft Sanderson at 10 and Mercer at 13

The Koivu signing is for 2 years as:
1) Failsafe if Danaualt leaves in FA next summer so we don't have 3 rookie centers
2) Helps the younger centers (Zuke, KK, Evans) develop with more veteran center presence

Columbus isn’t moving their 1st... Anderson and a 3rd for Domi is what the trade would be... no need to get other picks involved.

Yeah NYR moves down 8 spots but gains Mete and a 4th. I would of even put a 2nd there myself but my roommate said it was overpayment.

uh... CBJ pick is #21, CAR is #22. You gave the Rangers Mete and a 4th, to move down a spot.

I f*cked that up royally..I use this link to see where teams pick and I saw CAR at 13 and didn't realize they traded their pick to NYR at the TDL for Brady Skjei....My bad ! I'll fix it
