Description

I am aware its $1.3 Over the cap, but this can be corrected with Barzal and Pulock deals. Islanders believe they are in win now mode and it's not a long window with the players they have. The next TV deal should produce a BIG cap move and allow them to Offer Barzal a VERY good deal next time out.
