Edm needs Ari to retain like 33% on OEL for this to be viable and I don't think Ari would do that.

I don't see any world where the Oilers accept this deal. Broberg has the potential to be a similar talent to OEL, and this is one of the deepest drafts in recent memory, so trading their 1st doesn't make sense. Plus, the cap doesn't work since the Oilers still need to re-sign Bear. I agree the Oilers need goalie help, as I don't have a ton of confidence in Koskinen, so maybe a Larsson and a 3rd for Kuemper would work
