If the Demko value isn't there I have no problem keeping him letting Markstrom go to Seattle.

Have fun letting Markstrom walk. He's probably not resigning if you are letting go to seattle.

It sounds like he is. He just wants a NMC that kicks in after the expansion draft.

Oh ok. That costs a 3rd. I actually think Toronto matches it.

Markstrom will likely be given a NTC. This is a great return for demko. A goalie who had 3 great playoff games. You’d be crazy not to take it

Go back through the thread I had no real problem with the deal I just wanted Gaudette and Kerfoot removed because I'm super high on Gaudette

That is a way way way overpayment for Demko. When was the last time a goalie cost a first. Lehner twice i think in the last 5 years

You are crazy if you think someone is giving up a first round prospect and a first for Demko. You'll be lucky to get a first (well, I'm sure someone will pay a first).

Ya, funny, goalies don't have as much value as they maybe should.

Yah they say its the most important position, but every single year when trades happen, i think its crazy that its all a team gets for a goalie. Like in all seriousness Demko will probably catch a 3rd. Sooooo weird

I wouldn't be suprised either if Demko only got a 3rd haha.
