I'm betting McCann and Pettersson are bundled for a middle 6 forward unfortunately. I wonder if anything is still there for Tanev too.

Gotta think if they truly are willing to offer Tanev 5 x $5, he'll be joining his brother.

That would have to lead to another deal or 2 (which would terrify me if I were a Pens fan)

Seems like an asshole maneuver to re-sign a guy just to trade a month later, unless McCann was already informed he would be shopped.
