Trades make sense and I think it would be hilarious for MAF to return to Pitt, but I dont think he would. He probably seeks out a starting role on a contending team.
Also, add 2 years and 2 mill to Demelo's deal. THe guy is gonna be in demand

As much as I wish they would, I can't see Calgary doing Murray for Bennett straight up, let alone downgrading picks for it. I feel like maybe if Pittsburgh gives up the 2nd and Calgary just gives up Bennett it could work. That being said, I don't know enough about Calgary to know.

Pitts is in tough with MM - sub .900 last year - good the year before but not very good 2 years ago - in a goalie laden UFA / Trade market. Not sure if the 2 cup pedigree is going to bring back the assets JR would hope for
