Who is injury prone too. I agree the Wings don’t take that deal but no way they are getting Byram. There isn’t a player on the Wings that the Avs would include Byram in a trade for.

Players are in their athletic prime ages 23-27 so he's nearing the end of his prime. He could plateau for a few years but he isn't going to get any better unless he plays with better players. But he's playing on the Dead Things so isn't going to put up any better stats. Byram is 19 and has a ton of potential so that isn't a winning or even deal for the Avs.

It's the truth regardless if you think the value is fair or not. We aren't trading a too 3 power forward who loves being a wing and who wings love as a person and a player. It's the same thing we tell Habs fans who want him, if you want this guy, you are going to have to overpay, overpay means byram. Whatever his value is, you add to it for the reasons above. If a team doesn't want to trade a player, just cause you feel you met the needs of the players value, it doesn't make it so. The overpay is a must in any mantha deal. So back to the beginning of the story, we aren't trading him and if you insist on it then byram is in the deal.
