I would be very hesitant to trade Willie. I realize you need to give to get and I actually like Dumba more than a lot of people on here but I'm not sure. He would definitely be a good partner for Muzzin as opposed to Rielly though. I want to ease the kiddies in this year too though. Dermott can play that side, so I would like him to play bigger minutes with Rielly.

Sorry but your high on bath salts if you think the Leafs would send Willy and Freddie for JUST Dumba. That would require a 1st coming back with Dumba atleast.

Dumba aint what the leafs need. What they need is a defensively minded RD to be paired with Rielly.

Yeah but, Dermotts an RFA this offseason.

Yep, but after injury and a subpar season bouncing around with terrible partners for the most part and getting hardly any meaningful ice time he won't get that much.

dillion would made to order partner for reilly he is that shutdown kinda dman laffs need. big physical and that was his role in SJ for years. should not break the bank either if dumas can find any bank to use.
