Brooks had pretty good junior career in Regina (which is why you don't know him...it's REGINA!!) and can no doubt put the puck in the net. That said, I could see this happening but it would be conditional on the Flames resigning Freddie, otherwise it's a 2nd rounder.

with all due respect to a very good pens team a few years ago, their window has closed. crosby and malking are getting older, their complementary wingers (outside of guentzel) are 2nd or 3rd liners, and they traded hornqvist for matheson. GMJR has screwed them over.

yeah I hate to break it to you but they got rid of the 2 biggest issues on the team.
