I don't see why either team would do this, CBJ is not giving up Foudy, Torts likes him to much. Why would Montreal trade Danault most consistent player they have, great shut down center.

As a CBJ fan, if Montreal would do this for Bemstrom instead of Foudy, and drop the 3rd-rounder, I'd be all for it. Bemstrom's going to be good, I have no doubt, but he'd be a piece Jarmo could move. Foudy isn't likely to be moved in a deal that returns a player of Danault's caliber, particularly with only one year of term remaining. Not a bad idea, though.
