Well stammer isn’t waiving his NMC for Winnipeg, for this posts sake let’s just say he would. Does Tampa accept that? I think they’d want more of a quality of quantity deal. Maybe it’s Roslovic + Niku + Vesalainen 2021 1st?

I don’t see the need to make a huge deal like this one anymore. Perfetti will be a 2C in a year to 2 years tops in my opinion

I think Tampa needs young skilled players under their ELC's that are NHL ready. I think this package does that, but Im not sure if they would accept. If Stammer was available a bidding war would ensure and other teams could do better
